What data we process
Email, username, location (district), optionally a phone number, the content of listings and messages, reviews and technical data (e.g. IP for abuse prevention). Your phone number is not public and is only shown to signed-in users after clicking.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide the service (performance of a contract), to secure the platform and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and to send notifications (consent / settings). Analytics runs only with opt-in consent.
Recipients and storage
Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt region) and hosted on Vercel. Emails are sent by Resend, payments and invoicing are handled by Stripe, and content moderation uses Anthropic (Claude). All act as processors under contract; any transfer outside the EU is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. We don't share data with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. You can delete your account and data directly in Settings → Delete account (profile anonymisation, hiding of listings). A complaint can be filed with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After account deletion the profile is anonymised; messages and the audit log are kept for the necessary period (fraud protection, legal claims).
